Nutritionist, Crip Doula & Peer Support Work

Whether managing allergies, anti-inflammatory diets, sensory issues, financial insecurity, life transitions, accessibility issues, or busy schedules, I work with you. Connect virtually and make nourishment easier. Navigating dietary needs can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone.

  • Access to ongoing support or check-ins via voice note, text, or email

  • Customized resources and tools

  • Task-oriented support or traditional peer-support sessions

  • Free 15-20 minute session (typically over the phone) so I can answer any questions you may have!

  • Sliding scale is generally $25-$75 an hour but please reach out and we can discuss options

Currently, I am only offering virtual and peer-support and consultative services. Although, I am moving towards creating a COVID cautious and dietary restriction friendly personal chef and meal delivery service in the Bay Area, California!

Sensory issues and food, neurodivergency, ARFID, etc.

Grief counseling around food and disability

Eating disorder support

Coming into disability and dietary restrictions late in life or since COVID

Nourishment while recovering from surgery

Crip doula is a term created by disability justice organizer Stacey Park Milbern to describe the ways disabled people support/mentor newly disabled people in learning disabled skills (how to live on very low spoons, drive a wheelchair, have sex/redefine sexuality, etc.) A doula supports someone doing the work of childbirth; a crip doula is a disabled person supporting another disabled person as they do the work of becoming disabled, or differently disabled, of dreaming a new disabled life/world into being.

Please note: I am not a licensed medical provider, registered dietitian, or therapist. The services I provide— including peer support, nutrition consulting, and culinary services— are based on lived experience, community knowledge, and training as a chef and caregiver. Nothing on this website or in my offerings should be taken as medical advice. I always encourage clients to consult with qualified healthcare providers when making medical or dietary decisions.
